Custom Table by Shain Jackson.  There is a story behind, and generally infused in, every piece that come out of Spirit Works.  This table was a commission by renown Aboriginal rights lawyer Louise Mandell.  It is made of sandblasted glass and salvaged old growth cedar.  The table represents who this woman is, hands raised to denote the respect she pays to all she encounters.  It was such an honour to know the work being conducted atop this piece will shape our very lives as Aboriginal people.

Spirit Works was contracted to produce a variety of custom bentwood box style cabinets for the Squamish Lil’wat Cultural Center in Whistler British Columbia.

Spirit Works was contracted to produce a variety of custom bentwood box style cabinets for the Squamish Lil’wat Cultural Center in Whistler British Columbia.  We worked closely with staff there to come up with the perfect style, design, functionality, and sizes, all with stunning results.  We made sure to not only utilize many natural materials in these but also to incorporate state of the art glide systems in addition to less visible wire hanging systems.
